Yogurt

Milked from healthy animals and brought to our factories as soon as possible by special vehicles with state of art hygiene provisions and cooling conditions at +4 degrees, and without adding any foreign substance, savour nor bacteriostat; milk is taken to a new level of taste through natural, additive-free, and hygienic production by Güneşoğlu. Taken into evaporators, milk is condensed by removing its water before the homogenisation process which prevents the milk fat from sitting at the surface and allows it to disperse uniformly.

After the milk is pasteurised by heating, it is cooled down to 43 to 45 degrees for bacterial activity which provide yogurt formation. Then the milk is fermented in bulk through inoculation before it is packaged and left to incubation for clotting. Later on, the temperature of yogurt is reduced below 10 degrees and kept in storages of 4 degrees Celsius for a day before it is put on the market. Yogurt has a shelf life of 2 to 3 weeks.
